What do you know about the disorder, Claustrophobia?

Claustrophobia is a mental disorder that is quite common now, it comes from the Latin term “claustrum” meaning ” a shut in place” and the Greek term φόβος derived in phobos which means “fear”. Basically it means the fear of being shut in a small place. There are two kinds of claustrophobia, fear of restriction and fear of suffocation, sometimes these two coincide. Do you know person as this? How hard is it to have a normal life with such a disorder?
